Ways to induce labor
68It has been a long 40 weeks, you have been through morning sickness, back pain, restless nights, the swelling of just about everything, and all the other lovely side effects of pregnancy. You are ready for that baby to get here, but he just hasn't come yet. Well here are a few tips I have to help possibly jump start your labor so you can meet that little angel.
- Go for a walk. A stroll through the park or even just walking around the block, but don't go to far;)
- Bouncing on an exercise ball. It is much easier on your joints then walking and it helps engage the baby down toward the birth canal.
- Get a massage. This will help relax you which could possibly put you into labor.

- Castor oil. I would not recommend this but some people swear by it. My best friend did this and claims it started her labor.
- Membrane sweep. Ask your doctor.
- And last but not least, the dirty deed that helped you get pregnant.
Good luck and I really hope this helps.
- When can you start feeding your baby rice cereal?

Interesting tips. My son was born at 32 weeks and I'd already had enough by then. Just pleased I'm not pregnant!
